1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 98wowph platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 98wowph and its operating entities. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform – whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

Account Security

5 Betting Rules and Wager Acceptance

Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 98wowph system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets in progress or not yet confirmed are not considered accepted. You are responsible for checking your bet slip for accuracy before confirming.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Odds Changes

Voided and Cancelled Bets

Results and Settlements

All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of a dispute about the result, the decision of 98wowph's trading team is final pending a formal appeal. Settlement normally occurs within a few hours of the event's conclusion.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

98wowph offers various promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Where these Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on 98wowph are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 15x) is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Free Bets

Free bets are credited at the value stated in the promotion. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings – only the profit from a winning free bet is credited to your withdrawable balance, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98wowph and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors in bad faith.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to your breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification.
